Powerful & Even Heating
This hat printing machine is equipped with an 80mm heating plate, which is larger than most similar machines and can accommodate berets, baseball caps, bucket hats, peaked hats, and more. The aluminum heating plate is coated with a non-stick PTFE coating, which is heat-resistant, prevents overheating, and protects the hat. At the same time, an innovative mica heating element is used, and the heating wire is more densely distributed than traditional heating tubes, resulting in faster and more uniform heating.
